She’s blonde, she’s tanned and she can sing but let’s face it, she can be dumb. Not as dumb as Jessica but dumb but I think she has one of the best wrestlers of all time as a dad. That’s right, Mr.Hulk Hogan himself is Brooke’s daddy in case you’ve been living under a rock all this time.

Other than the fact that Brooke is rocking the long hair style, I love the fact that she’s not RAIL thin. She has some meat on her bones and she’s just in good shape. A lot of actresses and singers out there are just stick and skin, baby but not Miss. Hogan, nu uh, that’s what a woman’s suppose to look like when they’re in great shape. Not them plastic rib poking out bitches.

Now if the rest of America would realize that.

All Hail The Sexiness of Brooke Hogan and that gorgeous hair!

Love her or hate her, she’s pretty much kept long flowing locks rather it be real or fake. From what I can see of Ang in pics, she definitely prefers the longer look over the shorter look but in my own personal opinion  – she looks smoking hot in either form.

New Updates Coming Tomorrow!

I’ve been slacking in all areas as of late – my blogging, my diet and other stuff. So, here’s a post to say that’s going to change. Expect some updates tomorrow sometime *after I get up* and more the following day.

I had a post typed up about a product that was bought a while ago by mom but I’m sure she didn’t read it as I didn’t before I used it. Anyway, I went to check to make sure of the name and well I’m not even going to mention it now because it’s made with MINK oil, while I’m no veggie, I do try to stay away from stuff with animal by products in it such as makeup and what not.

That sucks because it seemed to do what it said it would but I won’t be using it in favor of my hair, I just don’t like the idea of it having mink oil in it. If they removed that aspect of it, I would consider using their product again but until that time,  it’s a no go for me.

Most of you I’m sure have heard of their other product called Hair Mayonnaise and so on a whim, I decided to pick this up today to try it. To see if I can keep split ends at bay for as long as possible while my hair is growing back to the length it was at. According to the Organic Root Stimulator site, the the Olive Oil lotion is used to help protect hair from blow dryers and curling irons but I use neither one – so no worries there. But it also says it helps restore moisture to dry, thirsty hair and that it provides long lasting shine. Also says it’s not greasy nor sticky, it’s not sticky but to me it is greasy but not to the point where I have to wash it out. As for shine, I can’t say anything yet as I just put it on about 30 minutes ago.

Since, I feel bald right now or at least that’s how I feel, I’m going to try to treat your hair like antique lace and see how far I can get with that. With that, most of them I can abide to except for using a boar bristle brush because I hate those because to me, it feels like it’s doing more damage than it is good.

A few pictures:

I don’t have a pair of decent hair scissors and even if I did, my boyfriend would use them for wire cutters. Anyway, I finally went to get my hair cut my a licensed cosmetologist and although I know in the end it was probably better that I slipped up and said ” just make in one inch below the tops of my shoulders” instead of ” take one inch off the back.” I was still traumatized over the whole event and pretty much still am but at least all the damaged stuff is off. So right now, as it is, my hair is a whopping 14 inches long. 8 inches was taken off!

I feel like living inside for the rest of the year but I just got to suck it up and deal with it. Other than all the damaged stuff is finally off, my bangs are now closer in length with the rest of my hair. So, I’m hoping that what they say is true that in one year’s time, you grow 6 inches of hair. Of course, with trims, it will be a little less than that, maybe even half if you can’t find someone who listens to what you tell them. I figure in 4 months, I’ll go and have it trimmed. And be sure to tell them, cut a quarter of an inch off of it with it DRY!

Texas has a new thing that if you haven’t washed your hair that day, it’s required that the person wash it for you.

At the very least, she didn’t even bother with asking me if I wanted it blow dried and that cue I could have told I would rather be shot.

I’ve always loved Andie, she’s played in a lot of my favorite movies and I think she’s absolutely stunning. She has such gorgeous hair and she leaves it down quite a bit when in the public eye. So, I’m fairly sure she’s aware that her hair is as BEAUTIFUL as she is. If she doesn’t know, she should. Granted, like any actor, it could be extensions but she’s had hair for as long as I can remember, so I’m thinking part of it is real and I hope she doesn’t get a pixie cut anytime soon.

Some of my favorite movies with Andie:

Michael
Beauty Shop

Bad Girls (Extended Cut)
Multiplicity

So, I bought these the the other day and finally used a tube of it last night. It’s the type that you don ‘t have to heat in a microwave or water before use, it has a warming agent in it that you can feel after you’ve worked through your hair. After following the directions, I wasn’t impressed with how my felt while still wet but once completely dry, I have to admit that the part that isn’t damaged feels pretty damn nice. I’ll probably continue to use these every so often and I may try a different tresemme shampoo and conditioner next time I need to buy some, probably the moisturizing ones to see if that makes a difference with my hair. I admit, I still dye my hair and bleach but I wait weeks on end before ever touching up. I bleached my bangs and there’s like a half inch of dark roots on ‘em because I’m lazy.

When my boyfriend gets paid again, I’ll probably have my hair cut by a professional instead of doing it myself so that way my hair is one length for a while and I’m also going to see if I can find someone that will do trims, less than an half an inch. If I can, then wonderful, if not, I’ll look into buying a pair of professional clippers instead of the cheap-o ones at Wal-Mart.

I think it must be said that it completely sucks that men can grow hair out really quick, I seen my best friend’s brother’s pic not too long ago, I swear it’s grown 2 feet in like a year. My boyfriend’s hair grows out really quick as well and he’s one of those hair whores, his hair has to look perfect for every occasion!

And not to mention, he puts HAND LOTION in his hair. :o

My friend lived in Jersey for almost three years and the only time she had her hair cut was when she came down in April of 2006 and then when she moved back home which was like a year later. She doesn’t dust her hair and she doesn’t follow all the long hair rules of the trade – you know “treat it like antique lace”. Far from it, there is an indeed a boar bristle brush in her apartment but it doesn’t belong to her, it’s her boyfriends and when I asked about it, her response was ” I hate that damn thing. “.  I’ve seen her brush her hair before, she runs a brush through it about 90 miles an hour, okay maybe not that fast but it’s fast enough to send some of you long haired ladies into hiding.

Point being is, if you’re going to have long hair – you’re either going to or you’re not. While I’m sure treating your hair like a fine lace will help you out a long the way, just waiting for it get there will tell you if it’s going to get there.

So, without further babble, here’s A’s hair.

I have another shot of her as well but I’ve yet to flip that one so I will be posting that up tomorrow.
